Form 18-8: Radius Restriction (Favors Landlord)

This form (favors landlord) covers the following issues:

• Limited operating restriction. Restricts tenant from operating other business(s) within an agreed radius of landlord's site, covers landlord's remedies if tenant violates the restriction and provides for potential negotiated exceptions to the radius restriction.
